Manchester United set asking price for Paul Pogba
Manchester United are prepared to part ways with midfielder Paul Pogba in January, should anyone meet their £50m asking price.
Earlier this week, Pogba's agent Mino Raiola revealed that the midfielder is not happy at Old Trafford and wants to pursue a fresh challenge.
There have been no official transfer bids, but The Sun claims that United are willing to cut ties with Pogba when the transfer window reopens.
United were previously holding out for around £100m for Pogba's sale, but they are now willing to accept half the price.
Pogba's current deal expires in the summer of 2021 after United exercised a 12-month option which was available on his contract.
The midfielder has been a regular off the bench over the past few months amid the saga surrounding his future with the club.
It will be interesting to see whether he is picked from the starting lineup for the forthcoming Manchester derby at Old Trafford.
