Real Madrid star wants Manchester United transfer?
Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos is keen on joining Manchester United when his contract expires at the end of the season.
The Spaniard has spent the past 15 years with Los Blancos, but it is uncertain whether he will remain with the club beyond the summer.
His current contract expires in June and he has recently turned down a two-year deal with a 10 percent pay-cut.
According to The Sun, the 34-year-old wants to test himself in the Premier League during the final phase of his career.
It is added that he has the preference to join the Red Devils, but there has not been any contact with the Premier League side.
Manchester United are currently second on the league table, but they have lacked the defensive stability in many games.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants another solid partner for Harry Maguire and Ramos could be ideal with his vast experience.
Victor Lindelof or Eric Bailly have regularly partnered Maguire. Lindelof has come for criticism from some fans for his displays.
Bailly has impressed in many games, but he has had a poor injury record and has failed to stay fit for an entire season.
