Ole Gunnar Solskjaer updates on Marcus Rashford's injury
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has provided an update on the injury sustained by Marcus Rashford against AC Milan.
The England international suffered a minor muscle problem during the first half of the Europa League tie and he was substituted at the interval.
In his place, Paul Pogba was brought on and he made the difference as he scored the only goal of the game at San Siro.
With the 1-0 win, United progressed to the Europa League quarter-finals as they won the last 16 tie by a 2-1 aggregate scoreline.
Following the game, Solskjaer provided an update on Rashford and said that he did not want to take a risk with him.
"With Marcus yeah he had a little twinge. We couldn’t take a risk with him but hopefully he won’t be too bad," he told Manutd.com.
Rashford has missed just one game for the Red Devils this term and he has shown tremendous fitness levels.
Solskjaer will be hoping that the forward is available for the FA Cup quarter-final tie at Leicester City on Sunday.
