Van de Beek to hold crunch talks with Solskjaer over his United future

Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek will hold talks with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer regarding his future.

The Dutchman joined the Red Devils from Ajax last summer, and it was anticipated that he would be a crucial player for them.

However, that was not the case. The Netherlands international managed just 1,456 minutes of playing time in his debut season.

According to The Telegraph, Van de Beek will soon hold talks with Solskjaer as he is desperate for more playing time next term.

Van de Beek is not looking for a move away from the club, but his stance could change based on the manager's feedback.

Despite his limited game time, the 24-year-old is part of the Netherlands squad for the upcoming European Championships.

Van de Beek was on the radar of Juventus and Real Madrid before he made the £40m switch to Old Trafford last summer.

The Bianconeri are still interested in him. There has been the talk of a swap deal, with Adrien Rabiot moving in the opposite direction.
