Kieran Tierney to sign new long-term Arsenal contract
Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney will sign a new five-year contract following Scotland's campaign at Euro 2020.
The left-back was one of the club's top performers last season, registering two goals and five assists across all competitions.
He is already being considered for the vice-captain role, and football.london claims that he is expected to sign a bumper deal.
The Scot will become one of the highest earners at the north London club on wages worth £110,000-a-week.
The Gunners significantly reduced their wage bill last term, and they could soon offload Kolasinac.
Kolasinac, who earns £100,000-a-week, is currently on the radar of Serie A duo Napoli and Lazio.
He has 12 months left on his contract, and reports claim that he could be sold for around £4 million.
The Gunners are searching for a deputy for Tierney. It is suggested that they prefer a young signing.
Hibernian teenager Josh Doig is one of the players being considered for the back-up left-back position.
