Camavinga to Manchester United?

Manchester United have reportedly made formal contact with Rennes over a summer move for Eduardo Camavinga.

Camavinga is regarded as one of the best young midfielders in European football, and he could pursue a fresh challenge this summer.

According to RMC Sport, the Red Devils have officially revealed their interest in signing Camavinga, and will hold talks with his entourage.

Camavinga is eager to join Paris Saint-Germain, but United are hoping to convince him to join them through his representatives.

The 18-year-old has impressed playing in the defensive and central midfield roles. He averaged nearly three tackles per game last term.

Aside from PSG and United, Arsenal and Real Madrid have also been credited with an interest in securing the services of the France international.

Neither of them have made an approach. Camavinga has just 12 months left on his contract with Rennes, but he won't come on the cheap.

Rennes are aware of the widespread interest in their graduate, and they are expected to demand at least €55 million this summer.
