Manchester United end interest in Arsenal target

Manchester United have reportedly ended their pursuit of Atletico Madrid defender Kieran Trippier.
The Red Devils have been linked with Trippier throughout the summer with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer eyeing competition for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Wan-Bissaka has been the club's undisputed right-back, but he has been disappointing in the attacking point of view.
It seemed that Trippier could be the solution. It is now reported that the club have ended their long-standing interest in Trippier.
Diogo Dalot has made a good impression in pre-season. Solskjaer is prepared to hand him the chance to compete with Wan-Bissaka.
Arsenal have also been linked with the former Tottenham Hotspur man, who is valued at £34 million by the Spanish champions.
The Gunners have a free run to sign Trippier, but will need to recoup funds first. They have recently agreed to sell Joe Willock.
Willock will return to Newcastle United, where he was hugely impressive on loan earlier this year. The Magpies will pay around £25m.
