Tottenham Hotspur could attempt to sign Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic when the transfer window reopens in January.

Spurs have made an average start to the Premier League campaign, and they are currently 10 points adrift of leaders Chelsea.

They recently replaced Nuno Espirito Santo with Antonio Conte as their new manager, and the Italian will be backed with funds.

There could be a mid-season spending spree, and Calciomercato claims that Vlahovic is one of the players under consideration.

Vlahovic was linked with a move away from La Viola last summer, but none of the interested clubs met the reported £70m price tag.

His valuation has now dropped to £51m. The Serbia international has turned down a new contract beyond the summer of 2023.

La Viola are reluctant to lose him, but may have no option but to cash in on his services after he snubbed their contract proposal.

The striker was offered the chance to become their highest earner at €8m annually, but he has his sights on joining a bigger club.

Manchester City were also heavily linked with the marksman over the summer, and they could offer strong competition to Spurs.
