Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-2-2) vs Newcastle, Greenwood and Varane start
Manchester United face Newcastle United on the road in tonight's Premier League clash. The Red Devils can move within five points of the Champions League places with a victory.
Predicted Line-up:
David de Gea has been ever-present in the league this term, and he is expected to continue between the sticks. He has been in excellent form with several stand-out saves, and will be hoping for more protection from his defenders.
The backline could see a solitary change from the 1-0 victory at Norwich City a few weeks ago. Raphael Varane is back to full fitness after a hamstring injury. He is likely to replace Victor Lindelof at the heart of the backline.
In the centre of the park, Scott McTominay and Fred are expected to continue. The midfield duo have earned plenty of plaudits from interim boss Ralf Rangnick. Fred has been a revelation lately with three goal contributions from as many games.
Bruno Fernandes and Jadon Sancho are expected to start in the attacking midfield roles, but there could be a change in front of them. Cristiano Ronaldo is set to lead the line, and he could be accompanied by Mason Greenwood instead of Marcus Rashford.
Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-2-2): De Gea; Dalot, Varane, Maguire, Telles; McTominay, Fred; Sancho, Fernandes; Greenwood, Ronaldo.
