Man Utd and Arsenal front-runners to sign Belgian star

Manchester United and Arsenal are among front-runners to sign Leicester City playmaker Youri Tielemans this summer, Tuttosport claims.

The Belgium international has been with the Foxes for the past three years, but has been touted to leave with his contract expiring in 14 months.

Juventus are known to be admirers of him, but they are set to face stiff competition with interest from two Premier League clubs.

Arsenal were reportedly in contact with Tielemans' agent earlier this year, and they are one of the favourites to sign him alongside United.

United were keeping tabs on the 24-year-old during his time at Anderlecht, but decided against pursuing him before his move to Monaco.

The midfielder has since evolved into a quality player, who has impressed defensively and offensively. He looks set for a big-club move.

The Foxes could be forced to sell him for a knockdown price this summer, considering he will soon enter the final year of his contract.
