Chelsea set to miss out on Brazilian star

Chelsea look set to miss out on signing Leeds United winger Raphinha this summer, reputed journalist Fabrizio Romano reports.
The Blues finalised a deal worth £55m for the Brazil international last month, but they failed to agree personal terms with the player.
Right from the onset, it was known that Raphinha wanted to join Barcelona, and he has now eventually been granted his wish.
After weeks of negotiations, Barcelona have now agreed a package of around £63m to sign the 25-year-old from Leeds.
The Catalan giants are having plenty of financial concerns, but it has been partly eased by the approval of two economic levers.
The second lever permits them to spend around £170m before player sales, and this could be the reason behind their Raphinha bid.
Raphinha would have been available for just £21m this summer, had Leeds been relegated. The Whites will now benefit from his exit.
Plans are already underway to sign a new winger to replace him.
