Coupet ready to move

Lyon goalkeeper Gregory Coupet has admitted that it might now be the right time to make a move away from France as he eyes a role in a division elsewhere, believed to be the Premiership.

“That is not about feeling too old for Ligue 1, but I feel very young for the other championships,” the 35-year-old insisted.

“Honestly, I have as many chances to stay or to leave Olympique Lyonnais at the end of the season.

“We will see. For the moment it is still in stand-by; I will not have taken my decision before the Euros.”
