Todd Boehly makes Declan Rice transfer decision

Chelsea continue to remain interested in signing West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice, according to 90min.
The England international has been long linked with a return to the Blues where he spent his early academy days.
The £150m price tag has put them off from an approach, but it is reported that they are still monitoring his situation.
Rice currently has two years left on his deal with an option for 12 months.
The Hammers have done pretty well to keep him for the past few years, but the scenario could change by next summer.
The midfielder has no plans of penning another deal, and the Hammers could decide to sell him for a nine-figure sum.
They are unlikely to receive £150m from any club, but a £100m transfer could be a realistic prospect for the east Londoners.
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has kept Rice on the club's wishlist, and he seems prepared to spend big to sign the 23-year-old star.
