Arsenal handed big injury boost for Chelsea game
Arsenal have been handed a big boost ahead of their Premier League clash against Chelsea this weekend.
The Gunners are currently top of the standings with 31 points and will be aiming for another victory at Stamford Bridge.
Ahead of the game, the north London giants have received a timely boost with Bukayo Saka having avoided a serious injury.
The Gunners graduate was substituted in the 27th minute against Nottingham Forest last weekend after he was found limping.
It was initially said that he had picked up a knock to his leg and knee, but the concern does not appear serious, as per The Sun.
Saka left the Emirates Stadium without any crutches or a protective boot on Sunday and he could even be fit to face the Blues.
The 21-year-old has netted two goals in six meetings against the west London side. He will be hoping to add to that tally.
Before the London derby, Arsenal will be in Europa League action against Zurich on Thursday. They need a point to finish top of Group A.
