Chelsea and Man Utd battling to sign German wonderkid
Chelsea and Manchester United are reportedly battling to sign Borussia Dortmund wonderkid Youssoufa Moukoko next summer.
The German youngster has been in superb form for Dortmund this campaign, registering six goals and six assists from 22 matches.
His form has alerted some of the elite clubs across Europe and Sky Germany claim that Chelsea and United are leading the pursuit.
The Blues have already held talks with the player's representatives and they are growing optimistic of luring the German to the club.
However, United are not far behind in the race and they could make a contract offer of their own for the highly-rated teenager.
Moukoko is about to enter the final six months of his Dortmund deal, and the Bundesliga outfit have yet to persuade him to renew.
He has turned down their latest contract proposal of €6m per year and appears likely to walk away on a free transfer next summer.
The youngster looks on course to move to the Premier League.
