Man Utd handed triple blow ahead of Nottingham Forest clash
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed a triple blow ahead of the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final.
The Red Devils face Nottingham Forest on the road tomorrow and ahead of the game, he has confirmed three absentees.
Anthony Martial, Diogo Dalot and Jadon Sancho were ruled out of the recent Arsenal outing and they will once again be missing.
Martial has been recovering from a leg injury for the past few matches and he has yet to report to full training at United.
The same has been the case for Dalot. The Portuguese has been struggling with a thigh injury over the past couple of weeks.
Meanwhile, Sancho has returned to team training lately but Ten Hag is still reluctant to involve him in the matchday squad.
The Dutchman wants the forward to improve his intensity and work rate before being reinstated into his first-team plans.
United will be aiming to end a two-match winless run tomorrow.
