Man Utd striker out with hip injury until April?
Manchester United striker Anthony Martial may not return to first-team action until the beginning of April.
The Frenchman has suffered five separate injuries in the ongoing season and he is currently training away from the first team.
Erik ten Hag recently said that he can not provide a return date and it appears Martial may not feature until the start of April.
The 27-year-old has yet to fully recover from his hip concern. He looks likely to miss the next five games before the international break.
In his absence, loan signing Wout Weghorst has got a regular run in the line-up. The Dutchman has improved with every game.
He started off slowly for the Red Devils, but has been hugely impressive in the last two outings against Newcastle and West Ham.
United are currently mulling over a permanent deal for Weghorst.
If Martial can't stay injury free from April, there is a possibility that he could be sold to recoup funds for the signing of Weghorst from Burnley.
