Chelsea keeping tabs on Barcelona winger?
Chelsea are reportedly keeping tabs on Barcelona winger Raphinha ahead of a possible summer move.
The Blues reached an agreement to sign Raphinha from Leeds United last summer, but the Brazilian refused to discuss terms.
He was determined to join Barcelona and the La Liga giants eventually finalised a long-term payment deal with the Whites.
This has not ended the speculation over his future and Sport claim that the Blues could make a fresh move for him this summer.
Raphinha has had a good debut season for Barcelona with nine goals and nine assists, but they could be forced to sell him soon.
The Catalans need to lower their wage bill by £177 million and Raphinha could be one of the players heading for the exit door.
Aside from the Blues, Arsenal are also big admirers of the Brazilian and it has been reported that they wanted to sign him in January.
Their proposal of around £67m was rejected by the Catalans, but they could accept a similar fee during this summer's transfer window.
