Chelsea have already finalised deal for French attacker

Chelsea have already finalised an agreement to sign RB Leipzig attacker Christopher Nkunku.

The Blues have made countless number of signings since the last summer transfer window and there could be more arrivals soon.

According to Florian Plettenberg, Nkunku will be one of those with a transfer agreement already reached with Leipzig for him.

There is no exit option in the transfer deal and the 24-year-old is expected to join the Blues in pre-season during the summer.

Chelsea have not made any formal announcement but that is expected to happen before the end of the current campaign.

Nkunku has struggled with injuries over the past few months, but he has still contributed 17 goals for the German side this term.

He should be a top-class acquisition for the Blues, who have lacked the cutting edge in front of goal in the current season.

No one in the Blues squad has scored 10 goals in all competitions this term. Kai Havertz is the leading scorer with eight goals.
