Man Utd handed boost in signing Kolo Muani

Manchester United have been handed a boost in signing Randal Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt this summer.

The Frenchman has been in fantastic form for Frankfurt this term, netting 20 goals and providing 14 assists in 40 games.

His progress has grabbed the attention of top European clubs and Bild claim that United are one of those interested in him.

The same source claim that the Red Devils have been handed a boost with Bayern no longer keen on pursuing his services.

Muani has the preference to join the German champions, but the Bavarian side prefer a back-to-goal striker this summer.

They intend to sign someone like Victor Osimhen over Muani, who has been more successful with runs behind the backline.

This is set to benefit the Red Devils who are looking for a striker with a similar profile to Muani. The Frenchman is very mobile.

Muani is also brilliant with his high pressing, hold-up play and would be a perfect fit to lead the line under manager Erik ten Hag.
