Eden Hazard released from Real Madrid

Former Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been released by Real Madrid by mutual consent.
The Belgian signed for Los Blancos from Chelsea four years ago but he barely made an impression.
Hazard struggled with many injuries during his first two seasons. In his last two, he has been largely overlooked.
Overall, the 32-year-old has made only 75 appearances over four years and he has now parted ways with Madrid.
Hazard will soon make the next decision over his future. There are suggestions that he could retire.
There is Saudi Arabian interest in his services but Hazard apparently prefers to continue in European football.
The next couple of weeks could provide an idea over his next step.
Hazard could be tempted to return to the Premier League but it is unlikely that Chelsea will look to re-sign him.
The Blues have changed their transfer policy and are focusing on emerging talents. They may not consider a reunion.
Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with him this year.
