Pochettino's top target determined to join Chelsea
Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo is reportedly determined to join Chelsea, according to Caught Offside.
The 21-year-old has already agreed personal terms with the Blues, but the club have yet to make the breakthrough with Brighton.
The South Coast outfit are asking for £100m to sell Caicedo, but the Blues have so far offered £70m to land his signature.
It is now claimed that Caicedo is extremely disappointed by Brighton's handling of the situation. He feels the offer is fair.
Caicedo is eager to make the switch to Stamford Bridge, and he is hopeful that an agreement will be reached pretty soon.
The midfielder does not plan to hand in a transfer request as it could have a negative impact on his chances of leaving the club.
Brighton owner Tony Bloom is one of the toughest negotiators in the game, and may not entertain such antics from his players.
Arsenal were denied the chance to sign Caicedo in January despite the fact that the midfielder released a statement to leave Brighton.
Caicedo is currently Mauricio Pochettino's top target to bolster the defensive midfield department ahead of next season.
