Chelsea make transfer decision on Ivan Fresneda

Chelsea are not interested in signing Real Valladolid right-back Ivan Fresneda following an injury to Reece James.
James recently suffered a hamstring issue against Liverpool and he has been ruled out for around three to four weeks.
Amidst this, there has been speculation that the club could pursue a deal for Fresneda, but that is unlikely to happen.
As per Fabrizio Romano, the Blues have no interest in signing another right-back before the transfer window closes.
The west London giants currently have Malo Gusto as a back-up to James while Axel Disasi can also play in the role.
They also have options from the Under 21 set-up, and there is no urgency to reinforce the department before the deadline.
Fresneda could still end up in the Premier League with Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur said to be monitoring him.
The Gunners enquired over his availability in January, and they could make a late move after a serious injury for Jurrien Timber.
