Two Man Utd stars missing from squad to face Arsenal

Manchester United duo Jadon Sancho and Scott McTominay have not travelled with their teammates for the Premier League clash against Arsenal.

The Red Devils have picked up six points from their opening two games and they will be eyeing another victory before the international break.

They face the Gunners on the road on Sunday afternoon, but may have to cope without Sancho and McTominay for the key encounter.

United travelled by train to the English capital earlier today. Erik ten Hag chose a 21-man squad which included new signing Rasmus Hojlund.

However, McTominay and Sancho were nowhere to be seen and we should get an update from the manager in the pre-match comments tomorrow.

It is most likely that the duo have picked up injuries. Last month, Harry Maguire was similarly left out of the squad with a minor niggle.

United have not won a league game at the Emirates Stadium over the past six years, but have the opportunity to end the poor streak tomorrow.
