Man Utd defenders ruled out until late November
Manchester United defenders Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka could be out of action until late November, according to ESPN.
Shaw suffered a muscle injury in the 2-0 loss at Tottenham Hotspur last month while Wan-Bissaka picked up a hamstring issue versus Brighton & Hove Albion.
United have not provided return dates for either player, but ESPN claim that the full-back duo may not be available for the club before the November international break.
The news is a huge blow for the Red Devils, who are also without another full-back in Tyrell Malacia with a knee injury. The Dutchman has been sidelined since the summer.
As things stand, Diogo Dalot and loan signing Sergio Reguilon are the only fit full-backs in the first-team squad. If either gets injured, United may have to look at makeshift options.
Centre-back duo Victor Lindelof and Lisandro Martinez could be asked to play at right-back and left-back respectively by manager Erik ten Hag in the worst case scenario.
