Chelsea want Arsenal star to replace Robert Sanchez?

Chelsea have identified Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale as a potential replacement for Robert Sanchez this winter.

The west London giants have had an average start to the Premier League and they have picked up 12 points from nine games.

Sanchez has been their goalkeeper in each of those outings, but there are question marks whether he will keep his position.

The Spaniard has looked error-prone when it comes to his distribution and he gifted the Gunners with their first goal on Saturday.

As a result, the Blues are contemplating a change ahead of the New Year and they have their sights on landing Aaron Ramsdale.

Ramsdale has become the Gunners' second-choice keeper behind David Raya and he may not retain the number one role soon.

This could urge him to consider his options heading into January and a move to Stamford Bridge could be tempting for him.

Arsenal are unlikely to sanction his departure on the cheap and are likely to demand at least £60 million from any interested club.
