Chelsea confirm attacker is fit to face Tottenham
Chelsea have confirmed that Mykhailo Mudryk could make his comeback against Tottenham Hotspur on Monday night.
The Ukrainian star has been in good form for the Blues in the current campaign and he has already scored two league goals.
Mudryk has been out for the last two games with a muscle issue but he has returned to training in the lead-up to the London derby.
The news is a huge boost for the Blues, who have lacked the cutting edge in the final third for most of the Premier League season.
Nicolas Jackson has flattered to deceive as the main striker and Mudryk's return could see Cole Palmer playing as the false nine.
The Blues are currently languishing in the bottom half of the league standings and they are already 11 points behind the top four.
It could be another season without European football for them unless they make a significant improvement in the coming months.
