Serie A giants want Arsenal midfielder on loan
Serie A giants Juventus are lining up a surprise loan move for Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey during the January transfer window.
The Ghanaian star began the campaign as a regular in the starting line-up but he played only three games before suffering an injury.
He recovered from the same after a month, but he suffered a fresh thigh issue following the Premier League clash against Chelsea.
Partey is currently on the sidelines until the New Year, but it is now reported that the Bianconeri want to sign him on loan this winter.
The club's sporting director has already met with Partey in London and the Bianconeri could open talks with the Gunners soon.
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal will consider the proposal. Partey was on the bench before his latest injury, but is still a key player.
It seems unlikely that he will be allowed to leave this winter unless the Gunners pursue a suitable replacement from the transfer market.
