Chelsea handed quadruple boost ahead of Newcastle clash

Chelsea have been handed a quadruple injury boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Newcastle United this weekend.

The Blues have been inconsistent in the top-flight this season and they are currently 10th in the standings with just 16 points on the board.

The club have the chance to move ahead quickly in the festive period and they will be aiming to beat the Magpies on the road on Saturday.

Ahead of the game, they have been handed a timely boost with Malo Gusto, Romeo Lavia, Levi Colwill and Christopher Nkunku in full training.

The quartet were seen working on the grass at Cobham last night and they are likely to train alongside their teammates later in the week.

All four of them could make the matchday squad against the Magpies. The fans will be eagerly awaiting Nkunku's debut at the weekend.

The Frenchman was a sensational goal contributor at Leipzig and he will be aiming to replicate the same on his comeback from a knee injury.
