Man Utd want to swap Sancho for Barcelona star

Manchester United are looking at the possibility of swapping Jadon Sancho for Barcelona winger Raphinha in January.

The Red Devils are planning to part ways with Sancho in the New Year. The Englishman has no future under manager Erik ten Hag after publicly criticising him after he was dropped for the Arsenal game.

He has simply refused to apologise for his mistake and Sport claim that Ten Hag has told United to offload the attacker when the transfer window reopens at the beginning of next year.

United are exploring a swap deal with Barcelona for Raphinha, but talks are only at a preliminary stage. Raphinha has been in-and-out of the line-up this term but he continues to remain happy at Barcelona.

Raphinha turned down advances from Chelsea and Arsenal to join them and may not accept a mid-season exit. We would be surprised if United end up landing him in an exchange deal for Sancho this winter.
