Pochettino reveals double injury concern before Luton trip
Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed a double injury concern ahead of the Premier League clash against Luton Town on the road.
The Blues returned to winning ways on Wednesday with a hard-fought 2-1 triumph over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
In the same game, Mykhailo Mudryk was forced off the field with a foot concern. He received treatment on the sidelines.
Meanwhile, Romeo Lavia also picked up an injury in the derby and Pochettino has said that they will be assessed.
Pochettino told reporters earlier today: "Lavia felt something and we need to check and hope it’s not too bad."
The Argentine also confirmed the setback for Mudryk and it remains to be seen either player will be available to face Luton.
The west London giants comfortably beat the Hatters by a 3-0 scoreline in the reverse meeting but tomorrow won't be easy.
Luton got the better of Newcastle United recently and have also secured a draw against Liverpool in front of their supporters.
