Zirkzee eyed by Man Utd

Manchester United are already working on a deal to sign Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee during the January transfer window.

The Dutchman has made brilliant progress in his second year with the Serie A outfit and he has already managed 15 goal involvements.

He is anticipated to leave the club at the end of the season and Calciomercato claim that the Red Devils are one of the main contenders.

AC Milan, Napoli and Juventus are keeping tabs, but United are ahead of the queue and look most likely to sign the former Bayern star.

Bologna are said to value him at more than €40 million which is currently the buy-back clause figure available to Bayern this summer.

His arrival at United could pave the way for the departure of Anthony Martial whose contract expires at the end of the campaign.

The Frenchman has been plagued by regular injuries over the past few years and United have decided to finally move on from him.
