Arsenal midfielder wanted by two Turkish giants

Thomas Partey news

Partey to Super Lig?

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is attracting interest from Galatasaray and Fenerbahce ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Ghanaian had an injury-plagued season with the Gunners and he managed less than 1000 minutes in all competitions.

Hence, his future could be away from the north London club next term, considering his current deal expires in the summer of 2025.

Fenerbahce president Ali Koc recently made contact with Partey and promised to make a move in the coming weeks.

Galatasaray have now joined the pursuit of the former Atletico man and they are prepared to make an official bid of their own.

Both clubs are unlikely to pay a significant transfer fee. They could offer around €15m to sign the 30-year-old midfielder.

Partey is currently one of the highest earners at Arsenal and he will definitely have to accept a pay-cut to join either of them.

Otherwise, he could consider a move to the Saudi Pro League. Al-Hilal and Al-Ahli are known to be interested in landing his services.
