Erik ten Hag confirms double injury boost for Barnsley game
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed a double injury boost ahead of the Carabao Cup third round tie against Barnsley at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils returned to winning ways last weekend with a 3-0 Premier League win over Southampton at St Mary's.
In the same game, Noussair Mazraoui and Lisandro Martinez were taken off with knocks, but they have recovered in time.
Speaking in today's presser, Ten Hag confirmed that the duo are available to face the Tykes in Tuesday's late kick-off at home.
United are overwhelming favourites to beat the League One outfit and Ten Hag is bound to make some changes to the XI.
Manuel Ugarte could be in line for his full debut while Casemiro, Harry Maguire, Alejandro Garnacho and Jonny Evans could start too.
Antony and Altay Bayindir are among other candidates that could feature. United will be aiming to keep the momentum with another win.
The Red Devils face Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday.
