Man Utd winger tipped to join Wolves on loan
Manchester United winger Antony has been tipped to join Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan during the January transfer window.
The Brazil international joined the Red Devils from Ajax for £85m two years ago, but he has yet to make a significant contribution.
The Red Devils have decided to loan him out at the turn of the year such that they can secure a good transfer fee when the season ends.
Ajax have been linked with a reunion with their former attacker, but Bart Sanders claims that United are unlikely to entertain that option.
Sanders believes the Red Devils would look like complete idiots to allow him to rejoin Ajax. They would suffer a loss in face situation.
Hence, the club are more likely to consider other options and Sanders feels Wolves, Benfica and Porto could be better candidates for him.
Antony is likely to push for a new challenge too, having been a regular on the bench under manager Erik ten Hag in the current season.
