Fikayo Tomori makes Tottenham transfer decision

Former Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori has turned down the opportunity to join Tottenham Hotspur before the transfer deadline, according to Sky Sports.
The England international has fallen out-of-favour under AC Milan manager Sergio Conceicao and he is free to leave on loan over the next 48 hours.
Spurs recently agreed a loan fee with the Rossoneri for his services, but the defender has decided against a potential return to the Premier League.
Tottenham have had plenty of injury concerns and they have been heavily hampered in the central defensive department in the ongoing season.
Micky van de Ven recently returned to the starting XI after a lengthy lay-off, but it is unclear when Cristian Romero will be available after injury.
On top of this, back-up Radu Dragusin has suffered a knee problem and there are fears that he could be sidelined for the next couple of months.
Spurs are expected to sign two centre-backs before the window closes.
