Spurs and Liverpool want to sign Nigerian star
Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are interested in signing Atalanta attacker Ademola Lookman at the end of the campaign, as per Fichajes.
The Nigeria international has had a top season for the Serie A giants. He has bagged 17 goals and provided seven assists in all competitions.
His form has grabbed attention of elite European teams and Fichajes claim that he could be Premier League bound in the next transfer window.
Lookman will enter the last year of his contract in the summer. He has no plans of penning a renewal with the Bergamo outfit, as things stand.
Liverpool are already making groundwork for a transfer, but they are set to face competition from Spurs for the former Leicester City attacker.
Lookman has also been linked with Manchester United, but they may not afford him unless there is a high-profile departure later this year.
Atalanta are eyeing around £37 million for the versatile forward. The figure could go higher if there is a bidding battle at the end of the season.
