Liverpool have already made contact for 23-goal striker
Liverpool have already made contact with the representatives of Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Merseyside giants are cruising towards a second Premier League title, but they will be disappointed with what has happened over the last week.
The club were ousted from the Champions League by Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16. They also lost the Carabao Cup final to Newcastle United.
The Reds are craving for a world-class striker and Romano claims that the club are considering a move for Isak alongside Mikel Arteta's Arsenal.
Liverpool have made contact with the entourage of the Sweden sensation, who has netted 23 goals for the Magpies in all competitions this term.
Newcastle have no plans of parting ways with the striker and they could keep him in their ranks, suppose they make the Champions League.
If they don't, Isak could push for a new challenge away from the club. The Tyneside outfit could still demand around £100m or more for his services.
