Arsenal want to sign three Sporting CP players
Arsenal are reportedly keen on landing three players from Sporting CP during the summer transfer window.
The Gunners are determined to land a new striker this summer and they have earmarked Viktor Gyokeres as the prime target.
Record add to the story and claim that the club could pursue three players from the Portuguese champions this summer.
Aside from Gyokeres, the Gunners are keen on landing winger Francisco Trincao and centre-back Ousmane Diomande.
Trincao could be signed for around £42m while Diomande could be purchased for a package of around £50m.
Diomande is represented by the same agency as Kai Havertz which could boost Arsenal's prospects of landing him.
Sporting CP are willing to accept an initial £60m for Gyokeres but the price tag could increase in case of a bidding war.
Arsenal are best placed to land his services at the moment, but they could face stiff competition from Chelsea in the pursuit.
Manchester United could emerge as strong contenders too if they qualify for the Champions League by winning the Europa League.
