Arsenal & Chelsea want to sign Brighton attacker?

Arsenal and Chelsea are keen on landing Brighton & Hove Albion attacker Joao Pedro this summer, according to The Telegraph.
The 23-year-old has had a good second season with the Seagulls. He has registered 10 goals and seven assists in all competitions.
His progress has caught the eye of many clubs, but reports claim that Arsenal and Chelsea are among front-runners in the transfer pursuit.
The Seagulls have yet to set an asking price for the forward, but they could demand around £50m, having signed him for £30m from Watford.
Pedro has three more years remaining on his existing deal. Brighton are in a strong position to negotiate and may not provide any discount.
Arsenal and Chelsea are in the transfer market for a versatile winger. Pedro would be a good fit for both teams with his Premier League experience.
It remains to be seen whether either club come up with a formal approach. He could be seen as a back-up target rather than the first-choice.
