Man Utd set asking price to offload Marcus Rashford
Manchester United have set their asking price to offload Marcus Rashford this summer, according to Daily Mail.
The England international fell out-of-favour under manager Ruben Amorim in December and was loaned out to Aston Villa in January.
He has fared well for the Midlands outfit with 10 goal contributions from 17 games, but Villa have no plans to sign him permanently.
They have an option to purchase him for around £40 million, but the club are expected to turn down the opportunity over the summer.
Hence, Rashford will return to pre-season training with the Red Devils, but he is unlikely to be reintegrated into the first-team squad.
United have plans to offload him permanently and are prepared to accept £40m from any club in the next transfer window.
Rashford also shares the same stance. He sees his future away from the Red Devils amid his strained relationship with the manager.
He could ideally pursue a new challenge abroad later this year.
