Liam Delap makes Chelsea transfer decision

Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap is prepared to turn down Manchester United for a move to Chelsea this summer, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.
The Englishman had a good Premier League campaign with the Tractor Boys. He netted an impressive tally of 12 goals from 37 appearances.
Both Chelsea and United are ready to trigger his £30 million release clause, but Jacobs claim that the former are expected to win the transfer race.
The Blues recently qualified for the Champions League with a fourth-place finish in the league after beating Nottingham Forest away from home.
On the contrary, United have no European football to play for next season following their Europa League final defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.
That has reportedly played a big part in Delap's decision. The striker is expected to confirm his desire to join Chelsea in the coming days.
The news is a huge blow for the Red Devils, who have limited funds.
The club need to find another cost-effective alternative this summer.
