Chelsea set asking price for Djordje Petrovic
Chelsea have set their asking price for goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic, according to French outlet L'Equipe.
The Serbian ace was loaned out to sister club Strasbourg last summer and he was brilliant over the course of the 2024/25 season.
Petrovic helped them qualify for the Conference League and he is now expected to leave the Blues on a permanent basis.
L'Equipe claim that Petrovic can depart the Blues for around £21m.
Monaco are one of his main admirers, but they are reluctant to come close to the current valuation set by the west London giants.
If the Blues don't lower their price tag, the Ligue 1 giants are prepared to look elsewhere to bolster their goalkeeping department.
Fiorentina's David de Gea is one of the leading names on their wishlist.
The Spaniard was exceptional in his debut campaign for the Florence outfit and could now secure a bigger challenge with Monaco.
De Gea should be tempted to join them with the guarantee of Champions League football next season.
