Serie A giants want Man Utd striker on initial loan
Serie A giants Inter Milan are keen on signing Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund on an initial loan deal, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Denmark international has endured a difficult career with the Red Devils. He scored just four goals in the Premier League last season.
United have started the hunt for a new striker and reports claim that it could coincide with the departure of the former Atalanta marksman.
Inter are the most interested in the Dane and they are prepared to sign him on loan with a conditional obligation to buy for £38 million.
United purchased him for a staggering £72m from Atalanta two years ago and may have to cut their losses to sanction his possible exit.
Napoli and Juventus have also been linked with the young striker, but the Nerazzurri seem in the best position to land him for now.
United will be hoping for more offers to arrive on the table. They may not rush their decision and could wait for another few weeks.
