Man Utd to lower asking price for Alejandro Garnacho?
Manchester United could lower their asking price for Alejandro Garnacho, according to The Mirror.
The Red Devils were actively looking to part ways with the Argentine last winter, but there were no lucrative bids on the table.
The 20-year-old went on to play a key role under manager Ruben Amorim, but he has been told to find a new club this summer.
Garnacho is also prepared to leave the Red Devils for playing time, considering he may not be an assured starter next season.
The United graduate would ideally prefer to continue in the Premier League amid interest from Chelsea as well as Aston Villa.
United were aiming for £60 million to sanction his sale earlier this year, but may have to lower their price to £40m this summer.
Clubs are aware of United's desire to part ways with Garnacho, and they are unlikely to pay over the odds for the versatile winger.
Chelsea seem the likeliest candidates to pursue his signature.
