Hojlund to leave United for £30m?

Manchester United are ready to part ways with Rasmus Hojlund for just £30 million during the summer transfer window.

The Red Devils signed the Danish star from Atalanta for £72m two years ago and he was dubbed as the new Erling Haaland at the time.

However, he has struggled to live up to the hype and had a dismal second campaign at the club, scoring just four league goals.

United are now keen on landing RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko. For this to happen, they will need to recoup some funds.

The Red Devils are more than willing to offload Hojlund and they are ready to accept a £42m loss to sanction his sale (£30m).

No formal bids have been placed on the table but reports claim that Juventus and AC Milan are among his main suitors.

Hojlund has regularly said that he has no plans to leave, but it seems United could push him through the exit door pretty soon.
