Italian duo make bid for Manchester United winger
Italian sides Juventus and Inter Milan have tabled initial offers to sign Man Utd wantaway winger Jadon Sancho, with the England international desperate to move to Italy to kickstart his career. The player spent a season on loan at Chelsea in 2024-25, but despite some promising performances, was unable to persuade the club's hierarchy to make an offer for a permanent transfer.
Subsequently, Sancho has returned to Old Trafford for pre-season training but has indicated he has no intention to fight for his place at the club. United will today sign Benjamin Sesko and have already brought in Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbuemo, leaving Sancho extremely unlikely to ever play for United again.
It is reported that Juve have bid 32.5 million euros for Sancho, and Inter Milan have made a slightly less offer but with more cash up front, extending up to 35 million euros over three seasons.
Man Utd are believed to favour Juventus' offer at this time as they look to balance the books with the impending arrival of Benjamin Sesko eating in to the majority of the club's transfer budget this summer.
Sancho will likely start the Premier League season at United, but head to Italy for the next challenge of his career before the transfer window closes.
