Bayern Munich don't want to sign Chelsea graduate
Bayern Munich are not keen on signing Chelsea attacker Tyrique George before the transfer window closes on Monday night, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Bavarian giants have already bolstered their wide attacking department with Luis Diaz this summer, but they are still searching for another recruit before the deadline.
George has been linked with a surprise move to Munich in the last 24 hours, but Romano has clarified that the German champions are not keen on landing the Blues graduate.
Roma are the only club working on a deal for the teenager. They plan to sign him for an affordable fee while including a high sell-on clause.
Chelsea are open to such an agreement, considering George has huge potential and could secure a bigger challenge away from Roma in future.
Meanwhile, Bayern are keeping tabs on Lyon winger Malick Fofana and he could be an option to reinforce the left wing before the window concludes.
Fofana is keen on joining a Champions League outfit this summer. He turned down an approach from Everton earlier in the transfer window.
