Mohamed Salah on his way to Saudi Arabia?

The Saudi Pro League are prepared to make a fresh offer for Liverpool star Mohamed Salah if he decides to pursue a new challenge, according to The Telegraph.

Salah was sensational for the Merseyside giants last season. He registered 34 goals and 23 assists from 52 outings, and was instrumental in them winning the Premier League title.

However, he has suffered a significant dip in form this campaign. The Egyptian star has notched up only five goals and three assists from 19 appearances thus far.

This has led to some criticism from the fans and there are suggestions that Salah could part ways with the Anfield heavyweights when the season concludes next summer.

The Saudi Pro League are keeping a close eye on the player's situation and could be prepared to make a big-money offer if the attacker opens the door for a switch.

Salah has not started the last two games for the Reds, but will be hoping to return to the starting XI when the club face Leeds United on the road tomorrow.
