Babel to miss Euro 2008

Dutch midfielder Ryan Babel will miss Euro 2008 after suffering an ankle in preparations for the tournament that begins in June.

The Liverpool midfielder apparently hurt his ankle in training in Holland, and has reportedly torn his ankle ligaments.

The injury will require months of rehabilitation and the player will miss the tournament due to the unfortunate injury.
